Reservation

In order to confirm your booking you must sign the rental contract and pay a deposit of 25%. The balance to be paid on arrival along with a security/damages deposit of 500 Euros.

Cancellation: 

-100 % of the rent will be paid back if you cancel at least one month beforehand. 

- 50% of rent will be paid back, if you cancel at least 15 days beforehand.

- In case you cancel the rent less than 2 weeks before the beginning of your stay, the total price  

  will not be paid back.

- In case the owner can rent the cottage, under the same conditions to another tenant, your deposit will be paid back.

-If the stay has already begun you are obliged to pay for the total length of your stay.

Methods of payment: cash or international bank transfer (in Euros)
